A Cost-Effective Alternative to Investment Casting

AFT’s metal injection molding process and Thixo are cost-effective alternatives to investment casting. MIM creates precision components with greater detail and higher density than investment casting. In addition, when using this net-shape process, components often require little or no additional machining, so production costs are usually lower than investment casting processes deliver.
