HIGH CAPACITY FACILITIES


AFT operates two large-scale manufacturing centers in Longmont, Colorado and Retsag, Hungary. The identical facilities run the most advanced systems in the industry, and can accomplish high-volume MIM and PIM jobs through coordinated dual sourcing. The two centers offer more than 160,000 square feet of metal manufacturing space.

  • AFT runs more than 46 molding machines, 14 sintering furnaces, and 4 de-binding units. No competitor comes close to delivering this much capacity.
  • AFT metal injection molding machines are equipped with three- and four-axis robotics, ensuring consistent cycle time and low process variability.
  • AFT operates on-site machine shops to build and maintain tooling at each of its locations.
